•	Once a junior member reaches their 18th birthday, they automatically become a senior and can attend “senior events” from that date onwards.
•	All renewing members MUST renew their memberships by 1st of November.  After this date, members will be ineligible to attend events until the membership fee is paid, due to insurance requirements.

Clemmie / BHS Scotland Riding Club Style Jumping Series 2019
Final: Blair Castle International Horse Trials
Eligibility: Horses must be 4yo or over.  No height restrictions. Horses must not have won more than £175 BS or have more than 10 BE points. Riders must be 18yo or older on 1 Jan 2019 and must not have competed in any FEI competition or be an FBHS or have taken their BHSII exams in the last 10 years. To compete at the final, the rider of the horse must be a member of a riding club affiliated to BRC.

The course: The course will have 8 to 12 obstacles, maximum 85cm in height with a maximum spread of 90cm one of which should be a double. All aspects of the course should comply with BS standards. The optimum speed for this competition is set at 325mpm. One penalty point will be deducted for every second over the optimum time.

Qualification: The first three partnerships will qualify for the final.

To compete at the FINAL riders must be a member of a Riding Club.

Classes 1 - 6 and 8 are open to juniors and seniors.  Class 7 is open to riders aged 18 at 1st January 2018.
Entry Fee Class 1 - 6 £7.50 per person per class members, and non member £10 per person per class .  Class 7 and 8 £10 per person per class Members and Non Members £15.  Entries on day at £10 per entry for Members and £15 per entry for Non Members for dressage and £15 members  and £20 non members for the style jumping..
Competitors may enter 2 consecutive classes for dressage and 2 style jumping classes.
*** Properly secured riding hats to current BRC standards must be worn at all times when mounted.  Body Protectors if worn should meet current BRC Regulations - please see NEW BRC regulations.
